Had appointment for Monday and I was dropping off my tire for repair, when the service writer realized that it was just to plug a flat. She advised that only should take a short time to repair and why make a second trip to get the tire. Just stay a wait a she could get it fixed. She was wonderful.

I want to say that Chanel made every effort to make my experience for customer service above and beyond while the dealership was severely lacking. As for what service I received, beyond Chanel’s responsibility I fully blame the dealership itself. I was offered a service to replace my key. I paid 400+ dollars and you couldn’t even provide the service you charged me for. You left Chanel holding the bag trying to make the best of a situation and she did what she did well, she got me free key cutting to handle what I paid for at your dealership that you did not have available to charge for. You have a valuable resource in Chanel and a poor structure for the services you provide. If you wish to speak a bit to me about this, I will receive your call and if at any point, I feel as if you’re trying to blame my customer service rep Chanel for this well I have plenty of social media places where I’ll be happy to say something on her behalf and everything against the dealership.
