1. I could not get through on the phone to check on the status of my vehicle. I had to drive to the dealership, 2. I had to wait almost a 1/2 hour just to speak to my service rep because he was on the phone. There were 3 other reps there that wouldn't help me. Finally the manger came out and told them to help people. 3. After talking to me my rep and being told my car wasn't done yet, I told him I would be in the waiting area. He ended up calling me and said he didn't remember me saying I was going to wait. I was waiting for almost an hour for my car to be done. It was dropped off at 7:30 AM and not finished until after 2:30.

I was in tears over the incredible treatment given by not just “Faulkner,”but Shannon! Being a handicapped driver, my car means everything to me. Today, going home from the supermarket, my engine light came on. I immediately drove to Faulkner. Without an appointment, I saw my serviceman Shannon. All, as usual was taken care of! I trust Faulkner explicitly, to service my Toyota! Faulkner, will definitely not release my car unless it’s safe to drive. That, gives me so much comfort & trust.

I went in for inspection and an oil change and I was exempt from the emissions inspection. My bill was 276.00. You have got to do something about that. I am a widow on a fixed income and that’s just too much money.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Faulkner Toyota my Toyota Camry which needed some work plus cutrent State inspection. All employees were extremely helpful, pleasant & informative especially Chanell Lofton who made me feel assured that all was well taken care of & in good hands. She also helped me with getting a driver who was accommodating customers with rides ito & from the dealership if needed. It worked out very well & I was very satisfied.

My concerns were addressed immediately and once the root cause of my concerns were found it was thoroughly explained. The repairs were done quickly and the pick up experience was straight to the point, I showed up and they had me sign one paper and I was off on my way. My dealership of choice.
