Everyone was very friendly. It is a nice experience to walk into a new place and feel welcome. I sppreciate Brandt being honest about what needed to be repaired, and didn’t try to take advantage of me by trying to make more money on unnecessary repairs. I will be back for needed future repairs.

1st visit for service, just oil change and one concern. Cougar did a wonderful job and explained the process on determining the issue and couldn't find anything. I believe they did a thorough job and am satisfied.

Brad is superb at his job. I truly enjoy working with him. I could go anywhere for my oil change but the service at Leta is the season I keep coming there. I even bring my wife’s Lexus to Leta for service.

Brad was good. I have been a longstanding customer of your business for number of years. What I did not like was that Brad asked me if I had brought my car there before. To make the experience better it would have been great if Brad would have reviewed my profile where he would have seen that I was a long standing customer.

The only negative comment I have is the amount of time service takes. I had a 2:30 appt for an oilchange and left the lot at aprox. 5:00 pm

Brad was very nice and courtesy but not quick to respond to messages. I feel customers should get updates periodically, especially since my vehicle was there and sent to Jeep dealership. I was without it for a month.
