one week later after the oil service, I found there was a leak my car. Sent back to another Frank Leta dealer service, found something was not tight enough after your oil change service. This made the leaking and put my car in risk.

My representative Kevin did a good job. However, I tried to call because I thought I was going to be late, got a machine, it said I was the next caller and my wait was 1 minutes, two different times, machine finally said I need to leave a message. Next my oil light never came on, I’m leasing a new RDX and drove over 8600 miles. No one seemed concerned and just told me to check it next time. Also I ran out of washer fluid and that light also never came on. Also no one concerned. They asked me if I wanted a car wash I said yes, no car wash! I’m an a long customer of frank leta, one reason because of their service I’ve also received. Things may change when my lease is up. Thanks for asking how my service was.

Communication was great initially but disappeared today. I'm not sure if it was Deaja's day off but I didn't know my car was finished until a pre-payment invitation was sent.
