Staff always friendly, hard workers and great customer service. Cougar in particular is who I deal with most when I go up there. I live in Creve Coeur and drive the extra mileage for services due to the experience I receive every time I pull into the bay. I have purchased both my vehicles through Leta and will be in the market for a new car in the coming months, coming to Leta when I’m ready!

I am amazed by the professional, yet extremely warm and accommodating service we have received from the entire team - Mike in sales and Mary in financing, and from Tyler today. Aaron was fantastic but the girl checking in the rental was a bit rude. She did t like the idea that I was pulling it into the bay that said loaner returns. Said she would just have to back it back out.
