The PickUp/Drop Off service is lacking. It is not properly staffed to provide service on time. Pick up was late, so I called the dealer and no one knew why my car wasn’t picked up. 2 hours later I was contacted to
say they were on the way, but needed rental car information (insurance and Credit Card). I requested this service a month in advance. If the dealer is not equipped to handle this option then it should be discontinued. I could have planned my day better if I know that Pick/Up is not a priority for Frank Leta.
He was fast and efficient
Appointment was canceled due to IT outage. Name and number was taken down. Was never called back. Had to call and reschedule. Was put to the back of the list. Oil was way over due. Asked to have the wheels cleaned while they were off. Didn't get done. Service writer was rude about it. Cougar made it right, probably the most professional person there. Overall, this was a D grade.
I asked for my blinker light to be checked and changed because light was burnt out and it was not done
The communication was terrible- in my 12 years of coming to frank leta for service this has been the worst communication I have ever had. In the past , ai have always been informed of the status of my vehicle and what needed to be done as well as if parts were on order and and estimated amount of time. This time- I was constantly calling to get information and there were times when no one called me back. I am not upset about the time it took but communication as to what is going on is key. If parts are on order- let me know. If it is too busy. Let me know. As I said before I have NEVER had this issues with anyone I have worked with there. I am very disappointed in the service because it is so different from the care I have received in the past.
Thank you for your service. A former service back in 2023 they'd marked on my service report that air filter changes would be needed soon. But no mention this time. Only 25k miles. Should that be done someday?

Tyler not only helped with my immediate reason for being there but took the time to explain what all my coverages were and how long everything lasts etc. He also gave me his direct number for future questions. Amazing service for someone there for a window tinting. A great ambassador for Letta.
My next vehicle will definitely be from Frank Leta Acura. The customer service department exceeds our expectations everytime

I am grateful for Cougars steadfast assistance with my jeep. The technicians failed to do several things and cougar jumped in and resolved the problem quickly. His management skills saved me time and money. He acts quickly and solved the situation. He is an asset to the company.
Daeja was great, told me how long it would take and was spot on.
She also offered car wash coupons since no one was available to wash the car.

I received utmost kindness and helplessness when dropping off my car for routine maintenance. Aaron was most helpful and informative. He is one of many reasons I will always rely on Frank Leta Acura.
