My car wasn't test driven before giving it back, and I drove it off only to hear metal grinding and I had to return my car. Tyler was great and got me a courtesy car. It was just dissappointing that something so obvious wasn't caught before delaying getting my car back timely.

Tyler was very thorough explaining all the details regarding the initial problem with the RDX. We also agreed to have some additional maintenance work completed according to Acura’s (105,000’s) mileage recommendations. I appreciate Tyler’s suggestions to have the work completed Now, to save on labor expense . He was really looking out for us! This makes me appreciate the Frank Leta teamwork attitude and reminds me to always come back to the Dealership. Thanks TYLER !!!

I think Racheal could be more professional in returning back calls and hand over the discussions she is having with customers before going for vacation and follow up with customers on the requests made during the visit. Also she has not been transparent with the charges that customer had to pay after the warranty cover. After agreed upon request the customer support has added unwanted changes and have not come out clean with the charges that would have to be paid out of pocket. Had a very bad experience with Rachel. I would never want her to be my point of contact again at Leta.

They left a dead battery in my car upon return and it died just down the road after picking up groceries.

I was charged for a tire rotation. I forgot I should not be charged because I purchased my tires from Frank Leta. I did leave a message but have not heard back from the service department. I’ll call back tomorrow.
