I was missing a few things from my car that I left in it during the cleaning. Once I received the car back after it was ready, I noticed some stuff was missing. It wasn’t the most important things, but for nearly $400 I would expect my stuff to be accounted for and placed back in after cleaning.

The problem was not fixed. I brought the vehicle in for service because of the following warning: “AWD All wheel Drive System Problem, Only front wheel drive may be powered. Contact your dealer”. Not long after I left the dealership following my $800 repair the same alert appeared. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx.

I’ve been a Frank Leta customer for a long time, so first, I want to say this was not my normal experience. I had an appointment scheduled and it was 15 minutes before a service representative even was ready to check me in. I was then told that my car would be done in 1 1/2 hours and I was there for over 2 1/2 hours. My rep was very kind but the whole process was very delayed.
