Overall, I was very satisfied. But, I was expecting a phone call regarding a starter issue with my 2014 RLX and a door handle/door lock issue. I believe Kevin needed to contact the warranty company. I was in on Wednesday and as of end of day, Saturday I have not heard anything. I tried leaving a message as well. I’d appreciate a call back as soon as possible to let me know the status of this issue. Thanks.

Rachel was great she got me taken care of in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Jarrod helped me out and always has the softest hands. I’m still convinced that Chris Burrows is actually a cop since he refuses to call Gatorade by its proper names like orange or blue and refers to it as Mega blue Blast or whatever. Trust me he’s a cop. Mista Cougar always has the best deals. Thank you.

Easy scheduling with Aaron Barr. He kept me informed re needed services. He arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. In my opinion, Mr. Barr is an excellent service consultant. I will continue using him so long as he is with Frank Leta Acura.

I would have liked better communication on the status of my vehicle. It was promised by end of day yesterday and I heard nothing. It wasn’t ready until mid day the following day. That was ok but I was not aware of the delay.

Brad listened to what I felt needed to be addressed and quickly got the process moving. One of the things to be done was repairing wheel rash. Without any prompting from me Brad offered a loaner and what I expected to be a long wait turned into a pleasant experience driving a new TLX.

Racheal was tremendous. The fact that it took two hours to get an oil change was very disappointing. It wasn’t her fault at all, but that kind of thing shouldn’t happen. Frank Leta has to be better and more organized than this.

Rachel tried to help, but I was told the problem was not an Acura problem. My Google Maps works when not connected, but doesn't work with Android Auto. Sounds to me like the Acura Android App doesn't work!!!!
