My service rep was friendly and responsive; however, the one issue I asked them to include in the evaluation was not. I mentioned that in the last week the exhaust sounded really loud. When checking out (I had to ask about it) I was told the service technician didn’t see any exhaust leaks so therefore it could be the muffler. They did find other work that “could be done eventually” but did not address what I had brought up. The car is still loud and now I need to spend time taking it somewhere else. My advisor was very friendly and attentive; however, my concern with the car was not considered or resolved.

I love him. He’s the cutiest. lol. I have to say this the service department is top-notch way better than your sales department I was not happy with the sales department, but I am happy with the service department and I will come there again to have my vehicle serviced Rodney went above and beyond and was so kind and so funny the whole time we talked Also. Dan the mechanics was top notch too. Give that boy a raise!!!
