I scheduled an appointment for an oil change entire rotation, which is part of my maintenance package that I bought on a new MDX. I scheduled the appointment for Saturday, December 2 at 9:30 and was told it would take about an hour. I arrived at the service center on December 2 approximately nine, 915 and was told it was going to be after 1 o’clock before my car was ready, I had to cancel my appointment and reschedule

I arrived at Acura in the early afternoon. I was happy that Cougar took my concerns seriously & had my car thoroughly examined right away, vs. giving me an appt to come back another day. The mechanic couldn't find the problem, but Cougar eased my fears, & even told me what to do if the problem should resurface.

Your staff did a good job in attempting to locate the non-starting problem when the car is left sit for a couple of days. And as far as the tuneup work, they did an excellent job.

Service takes too long every time. Waiting room is chaotic with loud music, and multiple tvs playing the same thing a couple seconds off from each other.

We keep coming back to Leta for our Acura but also bring our Jeep wrangler, our son’s Jeep, and our crv all because of Cougar! We trust him completely with our vehicles. We have been loyal Leta customers of Cougar for 12 years and would not think of going anywhere else. It is so comforting knowing I can trust his advice. 175,000 miles and with Cougar help we might get to another 100,000!
