My tires were rotated and someone else accidently didn't tork the drivers side tire. When Leta was informed, they said vote now and got my car in. They test drove fixed it and test drove it again. They took my concerns seriously and got me back on the road quickly. Car drives great. Thanks again.

Its not so much the service team, I think the guy there is trying his best to help. It’s the Used car dept that I have issues with. I think they should stand by their car is they sell a car with defects without disclosing. Just seams real shady.

Took car in for an issue that I have been dealing with since I bought the car new. No one could find a solution while the car was under warranty. Always thought that a diagnostic charge was a one time charge. Found out that it is an hourly rate. Definitely a different experience than what I have had in the past.

The service was good. And I appreciate it getting a ride home so I could make it to work. But the bill was confusing and they overcharged me. I only went there for a inspection which is no more than $35 and I ended up with an oil change and filters that I really didn’t need yet. My bill was more than $200. According to the electronics and my car, I still had 40% of a life of the oil
