The lack of communication was very frustrating. My vehicle sat for nearly a week with me calling multiple times per day to get an answer as to what was wrong with the vehicle. Each call I was told my advisor would reach me and on most occasions I didn't get a return call in the same day. Ultimately, I was told it would take another two - three weeks before my vehicle would be ready if the repair was completed. Therefore, we found another facility to complete the work and cancelled our warranty.
