Sydney was great. We had never been there and dropped off the night before since we had a bit of a drive and only went because of the warranty. The factory warranty was up and didn't have to use a Mitsubishi dealer for the extended warranty but we did because we figured the part would be in stock or at least faster and the mechanics would be familiar with the car. Sydney called that morning and waited patiently for me to dig up the warranty info then called back a half hour later with an approval and sent a pickup time in less than an hour via text. She then looked up the cost for us without the warranty and when we picked up I asked for her to look up a quote on a key fob. Got a text soon after leaving with all the information plus some. Very easy going and friendly in person and definitely eased the blow of finding out I had a deductible which would have normally got me fired up a little bit. I will make the 45 min drive again if I need anymore repairs fir for my Mitsubishi in the future. Easy, helpful and friendly staff all around from the first call to schedule to pickup and beyond. Thx guys.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! I was really nervous bringing my car in, this is my first newer car and want to take care of it. Everyone in the service department was professional kind and smiling made my visit very enjoyable! Thank you very much!
