Communication from the shop was terrible, and even though we gave direct instructions to the shop on how to communicate with our insurance, they still drug their feet on taking care of us. The repair was finished for well over two weeks, but we could not pickup our vehicle due to the shop not contacting our insurance. We even had to request they call the insurance multiple times, and then they “claimed” they couldn’t reach the representative when we were able to contact her with no issues. We would call the shop to get updates on what was going on, and they would say they would call us back, but never reach out to us. This is probably one of the worst repair experiences I’ve ever had, and I will stay away from y’all’s shop in the future.

We left the car on last Thursday I got a text at about 1000 Friday morning. After hearing nothing from Josip and trying to call him is a communication nightmare we came down to the shop. Nothing had been done on the car. He tried to get the part and told us that it would be done while we waited. We went to check on it and he told us it would be ready by Tuesday afternoon. You need to scrap the communication system doing everything by text messages is not only annoying but very unsafe. I replied to what I thought was a text from Josip but a Rebecca replied telling him no more texting because I have to pull over so that I can safely read and respond. A phone call that can be answered with hands free is much safer. Respond by phone or email. Do not text!

The service technician that checked me and was wonderful, the oil change was sufficient, but I was not satisfied with the warranty service that was started back in December 2023. Every time I called it was like they never spoke with me before and they didn’t know what was going on. when I came in yesterday for the oil change, I had spoke with someone (a woman , when I scheduled the oil change, ) previously when I scheduled the oil change, hoping that the warranty service would be ready for me once again every time I came in no one knew what I was talking about but then he magically was able to speak to the warranty manager on a Saturday as well as magically had the part in the back after only that I had my $300 deductible. I find this rude as the whole reason I came in today was for this service and the oil change an ad on since I was already coming in .. a $300 deductible and they didn’t even set the time on my dash( I came in for a replacement as the touchscreen haptic stopped working) not offered a car wash. It was in and out give me your money. Have a great day. Bryson was wonderful, but I will not be back.
