Travis is my guy he is the reason why I keep coming back service is outstanding. He doesn’t force anything on you but he lets you know the prepare was to take care of your car and keep it updated.

I am happy with the service except that it took two hours for oil change and emission inspections. Hope the service can be done more promptly in the future.

Everyone there knew Josip was gone on vacation plus two of your other technicians and you had my car sitting over there with not I'm so disappointed in that so I'm done dealing with Frank Leta as of this day so I appreciate it if you don't call or text me back

Along with an oil change I have a shaking problem that started when I had my tires rotated last time I had an oil change and after today when I left it’s shaking worse. I plan to bring it back on Monday

Didn't get all of my services had to come back for other service due to only one person knows how to change transmission fluid. Also I had a slow leak after leaving. I have been dealing with a brand new tire that can't be fixed and having to spend extra time and money I'm very disappointed in mitsubishi. I also found out I have no spare which is not safe and ridiculous not to have one after all the money used to purchase a vehicle from you guys. So I'm not happy and will purchase elsewhere next purchase and by the way this is my 3rd outlander and will not purchase anymore vehicles from you. Very dissatisfied

They said they would wash my vehicle but they did a terrible job cleaning it. The outside was not clean and they didn't even attempt to vacuum it out.

There should be better communication. I had no idea what was going on with my vehicle unless I called. Even when I called, there were multiple request for callbacks that weren’t fulfilled until days later. Conflicting information from the time I dropped my truck off at my scheduled time. I was told I could wait on the vehicle to be serviced but upon arrival, told that I couldn’t. So, I had to find a way home. Prior to being serviced, I had my vehicle diagnosed by your service center. I wasn’t told that there would be a fee for that until after the diagnoses happened. We ultimately paid for additional issues despite me bringing the vehicle in prior to service to get an idea on what’s going on with it. I was quoted around $1695 for the car to be fixed The final service total ended up being around $2985. They could’ve at least detailed the car for free for their mishap. When we questioned why the additional issue wasn’t mentioned when the car was looked over prior to service, we were told someone missed it and was terminated due to missing it by Josip. The entire situation was overwhelming, stressful, frustrating, and I really hate that because it didn’t have to be. I don’t mind paying for my car to be serviced but transparency and communication is ideal.
