My car only goes to Frank Leta dealership, I only get excellent service and professional treatment every time. I bought. My car there, and have never gone anywhere else. My only complaint is your waiting room. Not comfortable for long waits, and Steve Harvey is the only thing on the TV, thank you. 5 yrs 1/3/25.

James and Travis both were very helpful, enthusiastic, humorous and all around a good vibe. James definitely made my visit personal by understanding my financial situation and offering resources to help me keep my car in reliable, working order. Every employee I had an encounter with was all smiles. I would give 11/10 if I could. Great job! I'll see you guys in a month or two!

The follow up service is horrible. I've called Travis for 2 weeks and never fit a call returned. The vehicle had been there for a month this is horrible customer service. I feel like a victim.

I asked at the beginning of my appointment to also have my car cleaned didn't happen was told they could do it if I wanted to wait longer after being there 30 minutes longer than told.

First of all I wasn’t greeted when I arrived and James was not friendly at all. I tried telling James that I had an extended warranty, regarding my sunroof and side mirror. James told me that my warranty expired in 2021. So, I gave him a copy of my contract because I know he was incorrect. I could tell that he was getting agitated. Not to mention he had a whole meal at his station. I knew I should have followed my first mind and left at that point. However, I stayed for over 3 hours, from around (10:55am -2:06pm) waiting for my vehicle. Not ONE time did anyone come in the waiting area and tell me the status of my vehicle like they normally do. Once, my vehicle was ready and James explained the paperwork to me. I still had questions and his responses DID NOT match up with the paperwork. I could tell he was getting irritated with my questions, so I paid and left. Needless to say this didn’t sit well with me. If you’re going to take my money at least have good customer service and some business ethics and etiquette, which he lacks. I have enjoyed the Frank Leta experience since 2021 but now I will not patronize this establishment anymore. Please train and or hire some new employees because James Hannon/Service Advisor who said that he was a manager and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle obviously don’t have any integrity! There is no reason that my vehicle should have failed the safety inspection and for me waiting over 3 hours! The mechanic was obviously looking for something to fail me on but little did he know, I will take my business somewhere else and you all won’t get my money now or in the future. FRAUD was written all over that (State Of Missouri) LEGAL paperwork on 10/12/2024. By the way how are you going to charge me $99.99 for a mirror reset and then sabotage my safety inspection paperwork? This ordeal has stressed me out because your employees are SCAMMING customers and trying to make extra money. This could have been avoided with the proper business and ethics training. You never know who your customer is and what they know! Food for thought. Frank Leta, hire better!

Travis was great very personable and polite. He made me feel like an appreciated customer and I felt well taken care of. I used to work with Josip all the time so to now have Trevor is a blessing since Josip has moved on.
