The service advisor was wonderful. But the best thing about all the other dealerships is that when you go into their waiting areas they have fresh coffee or a kuerig machine for the customer to have or use plus free water and snacks. I think all the customers at your place have spent enough money on buying a car. I know I spent enough and have had nothing but a huge headache in the beginning. I can also tell you that you have lost 2 customers when it comes to your company! Your salesmen are nice to your face then talk about you behind your back along with your financing people.

It took MANY return trips to figure out the oil leak on my car, that I bought there, at the dealership. That is a first for me. I usually get serviced once, and all is good. I'm not sure what is going on there, but I hope it gets fixed soon.

Very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff. VERY DISATISFIED with the quality of Mitsubishi's products. I should have gotten 50-100k more miles on that transmission (2016 Mitsubishi Outlander). We got screwed over.
