I’ve bought my car last month. I have brought it to service 2 times. They have spend over 8 hours with the car. Since the day I bought it the brakes have squeaked. I was ensured they they were new and it will stop 3 weeks later it didn’t stop I bought it in for a detail and for my breaks to be looked at as well as a simple interior repair. They ignored the brakes . Now my calipers are sticking . The brakes are squeaking . And it’s quite unacceptable because I was trying to avoid this from happening weeks ago. My question now is when my brakes were changed, were all the associated parts changed as well ? Also I made a complaint about the brake service light being on when buying the car and to service and they are not giving me the best feedback . I need this to be escalated please. Thank you

I was there for a recall about my stereo and I was hoping that it would get repaired or replaced soon. How long before this happens my stereo is still not functioning properly? Will responded and gave me assurance that they could fix it.
