Your costs are too high. Service was great but I have a lot of choices.
I brought my car in because the check engine light was on in the afternoon and the problem was fixed early the next morning.
Austin was super friendly and extremely helpful. The mechanic did quick work, then came in and thanked me for trusting him with my car. That was an unexpected bonus.!!!
We were told that the car was out of oil after the check engine light was verified and that no oil leaks were found. The vehicle was serviced recently at Moffits and no explanation for the apparent leak was provided. The service charge did not appear to reflect a possible mistake during the recent oil change.
Mike kept me well informed while I was waiting for a bunch of work to be done with my car.

kayleigh and the mechanic who worked on my car wete excellent, paying attention to details, knowledgeable, and respectful of my vehicle and me as a customer. The gentleman at the counter was also very pleasant and respectful. Thank you .
As of now a day after the service all appears to be well. The only question I have is about the reward points that did not show up on the service on my Ranger that I had serviced in December.

Austin was excellent in his communication, demonstrated polite professionalism, and was happy to accommodate based on circumstances.
Chairs aren't handicap friendly or comfortable. The restroom is not nearby for people with medical conditions. Quick Lane was way over an hour wait while my SUV was in the shop. The mechanics were chatting & keeping customers waiting.
