Although this wasn’t the best news to receive, Tom made it feel tolerable. No one in todays world right now wants to pay $5234.83. This alone was a shock for sure in addition to having to rent a vehicle for 7 days. Tom was honest, kept me informed, and was attentive. So, for these reasons, I thank you.
