His communication timing was poor. When I dropped off the truck he said he would call me the next morning but he did not, and he didn’t respond to my text and did not answer my calls. He did call me late on the second evening.

My truck was there all day to get 1 tire changed. I was told at 4:15 that they couldn't do it because they had to order a "bracket". It's a factory wheel, stock size tire.

The ABS module was diagnosed as being bad the first week in July. It was ordered and I was told it would be in the next week, which became the end of the month, then the 3rd week in August, and finally we can’t get the original part, but we can replace it with a used part. The used part was installed the 3rd week in September and it did not fix the problem. Both Bobby and John called to give me updates and I was appreciative of their efforts. John went out of his way to procure the used part, but it had no effect on the error. At the end, I was refunded most of my money less the diagnosing fee and the cost to bleed the brakes after the used part was replaced. Not that the fees were a major deal, but taking into account the delays and inability to repair, I thought that was inconsiderate.
