No consideration for my time
I expected daily communication on the status of my vehicle even if it was by text message. I had a Tuesday appointment and received an update on Tuesday afternoon but didn’t hear back until I called on Friday.
Everything else went well besides the lack of daily communication with a status update.
Adrian is always helpful and great to work with.

Wow!!! I get more than one chance to reply. Sanger Kia ownership needs to reassess the the management staff they have in place for the service departments. They are in a position where we called the Peter principal;
They have been promoted to the level of their incompetence!!! It only gets worse from there.
