I am disappointed that while having the water pump changed out that it was suggested that I replace the drive belt at the same time with a price $159.96. That was supposed to save me money as far as labor to do it at the same time. The belt directly from the Toyota Parts website is only $38.93. I think that you need to evaluate your practices on selling customers parts at more than 4 times the price.
Tina is phenomenal. She is the best and most caring person I have ever dealt with when it comes to anything auto related. She has constantly and very caringly gone the extra mile everywhere she can. Tina is exemplary in everything I know Toyota stands for regarding customer care and beyond. She has integrity, perseverance for her customers, an encouraging attitude, as well as a great aptitude for empathy.
