The service advisor Michael Hashman did an excellent job keeping me informed during my vehicle's service. He also advised me when the next service will need to be done.
Very kind and pleasant to deal with. As far as having to get your car worked on, he made it a pleasant experience.
Horrible experience. Tech was inadequate and doesn't have any attention to detail. Absolutely no focus on the customer experience and no focus on quality checks in place prior to delivery of vehicle. Had to go there 3 times to pick up the vehicle. I'll never use or recommend Clearwater Toyota again for sales or service.

- we waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change
- maintenance light is still on
- no reminder sticker in the window
- car was not washed as promised.
I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment, was one of the first couple cars in the bay. It took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and I was late to another appointment because of it. I don't know if you're overbooking or what but this just wasn't okay!!
