Pearce was great. Very helpful and friendly. Even though my oil change turned into a 2.5 hour appointment (from 7am to 930am) he kept me informed of progress and what the delay was.
He was extremely helpful in explaining the details of everything that was going to be done. Never tried to upsell an unnecessary service. Definitely pleased with his service.

We brought in our Highlander for routine service prior to a road trip. Upon completing the vehicle safety inspection it was determined the ball joints we shot and leaking. Our service rep Michael H. got the parts and the repairs done within a matter of hours allowing us to depart as scheduled! We won't take our vehicles anywhere else but Clearwater Toyota!!!

Sergio provided exceptional customer service. I was disappointed to learn that my differential fluid was over due by a significant amount of miles and Sergio brought it to my attention. Not sure why this was missed since I only come to this location for service.
