We ordered a replacement part and bought the vehicle in to put on the replacement part that was ordered. The check engine light came back on after we departed. I’m tired of paying for diagnostic issues only to have the same problem happen again. Frustrating

I received a letter stating that " the remedy is now available for your vehicle " so I booked an appointment only to discover that the part was not actually available and I would be informed when it was and would have to return to have the recall performed. I feel that my time has been wasted unnecessarily not by Matt Blatt Kia but by Kia corporate. Please revisit the procedure for correcting recalls and a couple free oil changes would help me feel better about the infringement of my time.

Top notch service. Friendly, engaging and professional staff. No walt, Alan the service manager greeted me right away and took care of everything from there. Comfortable waiting area with great coffee. Service took less time than I expected. Was completely satisfied with my service at Matt Blatt Kia!

I am quiet upset and dissapointed that I woke up early to be their to the Matt Blatt service center for a 9:30a appointment to get 4 new tires put on my vehicle.I waited a hour before my car was taken in to get tires put on to be disappointed and told that the servicing guy took 2 other cars in front of mine. What's the point of making an appointment. I will purchase tires from some place else.

When my vehicle was service for theft & vandalism on Nov. 2023 the mechanic assigned to repair the mechanical problem only reviewed/repaired the steering while and other surface problem but failed to conduct an adequate multipoint check because my brakes were not reviewed. My oil levels were not reviewed which which by the time they received my car I was due for an oil change anyways, and my vehicle was never turned on to see if I had any error lights flashing on my dashboard prior to releasing it.
