Got my oil changed at. **** Chevrolet. I told the person i scheduled it with that ihada service psckage thati biught from my chevy dealer that covered oil changes and tire rotation. The service manager tried to collect $120.00 from me and seemed upset that i dudnt tell him i had a service package. Seems there was no in house communication. I ended up paying. $49. Out of pocket whixh i had neber had to do previously. If chevrolet deslerships are selling subbed out service packages. They should honor them they way they were sold at the rest of there dealerdhips.
