I had previously taken my truck to a reliable dealership (Yates) for some repairs that needed to be done. After noticing somethings weren’t right I chose to take it to Auto House. It was brought to my attention that several things were Not done or done incorrectly! Dropped my son’s car off on a Thursday for what would be considered simple maintenance issues (air conditioner and air bag light on). We didn’t get his car back until Sat of the following week which is unacceptable. Customers purchase warranties to NOT be inconvenience as much if they didn’t have one. There is no reason the issues I mentioned above should have taken the amount of time it then regardless of a outsourced warranty comoany. Good news is my son was on break but what if that car was needed to get back and forth to work. Makes me never want to purchase a car from AH again because having a warranty is what sealed the deal but know I see it’s just a ploy to entice customer to move forward with the deal. Unacceptable.
