Many of the text messages I received list the name of Mel Lacap. However, Mt service person was Jenna Castleman - she told me that Mel is no longer with Mercedes. Not sure how long Mel has been gone but the system needs to be updated.

I asked for the tire pressure to be set at 40psi - instead when I drove home and checked it with the TPMS there were all over inflated to 60 psi (tire limit 51 psi).

My car wasn’t starting so after I got the battery jumped I took it to Fairfield Mercedes. My service advisor Joachim Donn got it into the shop right away and had the Service techs replace my battery while I waited. Great service.

Never was able to get my refund and also manager gave me his direct number to contact him, when I picked up my car couldn't speak to him he was in a meeting then i called him and left message then text him but no response still till this day I had to pay for a recall =(
