Robert gave me his genuine honest advice regarding my car’s maintenance. The last Nissan dealership really tried to upcharge me on a list of things I didn’t need serviced! Not to mention overfilled my oil tank and I had to have that maintenanced! Women always have a target on their backs when it comes to these things unfortunately.
I appreciate his honesty and this is the kind of service that will keep me coming back!!

After the oil change, the maintenance alert is still displaying. Also, a hole was patched in a tire, but the tire wasn't filled.

Ask twice at check in to have Nitrogen added to tires to 36/37psi. Was assured they would. Tires were left at 32psi. & not touched.
Not a huge deal but frustrating as one is unable to add nitrogen themselves. Especially frustrating when directly requested.

They didn't reset mileage for oil change or update sticker for next oil change.
I was surprised to see all the dust in the waiting area. It looked like it was never cleaned. I know this has nothing to do with car care put as a mechanic for over 40 years I know how your work area is is a reflection of the work you do I hope this isn’t the case. Just a thought !

The oil change was done. On the invoice don’t states if they done multipoint courtesy inspection. If is the case need to say it in the invoice.
