They had took hours to change struts and replaced incorrectly. Thought it was another part that was failing until I went to a different mechanic to find out they were incorrectly placed. Now I half to wait multiple hours again to have them redone hoping that nothing else was damaged while I’ve been driving my car with messed up suspension. The drive is already close to 30 mins to get to the dealership and I don’t like driving up there all the time just to be for hours when I shouldn’t.

Your sales manager Andy called me a liar when I was explaining what had occurred with my vehicle. Thank God the Service Manager Bobby had some great customer service skills and handled everything.
Have bought my last 4 vehicles from this dealership and have had friends and family also purchase vehicles on my recommendation of the dealership, but, after yesterday and your sales manager Andy, my business is done with your dealership. I am going to file a formal complaint with the BBB and I’ll be letting my friends and family know what occurred. Horrible experience with Andy.

Too expensive for an oil change
Robert is a man of his word. I was stress free dealing wit him.
I’m not sure who the blame totally falls on, however, we dropped off our vehicle on Monday evening. We needed the air conditioner looked at and wanted an oil change and tire rotation. They called me on Tuesday morning to let me know we needed a new air compressor entirely and would order a part on Tuesday and have the work done by Thursday worse case scenario. We called on Thursday as we hadn’t heard anything on the car. The associate indicated that they forgot the part was in and my vehicle hadn’t even been started on. We got it picked up on Friday the air conditioner works great, but I didn’t get an oil change or tire rotation. Just an overall frustrating experience.
