JT was super friendly and helpful. Each time I get service work at REISELMAN it is a pleasant experience and incredibly quick and efficient.
All services were fine, but had to wait 2 hrs to get oil change and tire rotation, could not make a appointment through the week and could not set it up online, this was my first service here and definitely thought it would go faster
I was missing a back window wiper after my visit last week. I got in my car today and turn on the back windshield wiper because it was raining; no wiper blade! So we brought it in to get a wiper blade put on. We were there for about 8 minutes and they put on the blade and I thanked Robbie for his assistance and we were in our way!
I have really enjoyed my service experience here at Reiselman Nissan in the northland.
Amanda and the crew have always treated me and my Titan with respect and I will truly miss the service experience at this dealership.
Unfortunately im moving away and pray that I can find a dealership that can meet my expectations for future service needs . Thanks to all the Technicians and service staff.

Great work stress free process
Josh did a great job answering my questions and getting approval before we executed further specific maintenance; But I am not sure my tires were rotated and I checked the oil it seemed black not clear as i usually see newly changed oil. I trust the department but it is hard to verify these operations.

Very sweet it was my first time and I felt very welcomed by Amy and she knew answers to all my questions.
You changed my transmission fluid but messed something up my car broke down later that day then when I called you 1. Wouldn't pay for a tow truck 2. There was no one there to look at it and 3. Refused to acknowledge that it was your fault. So I took it to another mechanic to fix and will be coming with proof that you guys messed it up and if I need a new transmission you will be paying for it AND giving me my money back

I am very pleased with the attention that given to our car! They fixed all that we asked them to do , as well as finding a few other items that needed to be fixed! The wait was very reasonable while they were working on the car and we appreciated the car wash as well!
