I dont understand why we make appointments if they are not honored. I waited 3 hours with my child for a service that should take 30-40 mins. Unacceptable. This is the last straw for using your service dept. I have had three different oils changes there. Two different times I have lost lug nuts off my wheels. The third time I specified that it needs to be done and checked. My husband removed 5 lug nuts with his hands when I got home. I now will choose to drive past your dealership to take my business elsewhere.

I’m a little disappointed oil change appointments take SO LONG. 1.5 hours just feels excessive for an oil change.

Bobby went above and beyond the duty to inform us that the rear brakes pads were only 2 to 3 mm in thickness! He then replaced them before we picked up the car! We appreciate this kind of service! Thank you!
