It was great, informed me of what I didn't and didn't need done, even from the last time I was here for a service earlier this year. Saved me a lot of hassle, time, and money. Friendly and seemed happy to help get my car what it needed.
Josh did everything he could to help my situation and it turned out great!
The service team always does a nice job. My only concern is that you no longer take appointments. When I would be there for an appointment the time spent waiting was only about 30 minutes.
Since no appointments can now be made I had to wait for 2hours for an oil change.Is there any way to avoid the long wait in the future?
