I went this morning for a diagnostic, the technician didn't come out with the right diagnosis, basically told me about something that was totally unrelated to my car issue. I basically pay $145 for nothing. Took my car to a different shop where they were able to find the issue and fix it. The noise coming from the engine bay wasn't not the struts or the tie end rod but the torque strut motor mount that needed to be torqued back. They did it for free. Bad experience today with Reiselman Nissan.

Easy walk in service times are unique idea. I wasn't sure it would work for me. Turns out it did. Certainly made it a great day off for me. Timely service, polite staff. Thank you.

Not sure you got the first one. It canceled out my writing. They told me I could wait on my front brakes when I had the rear brakes done, but obviously I couldn't, therefore it cost me more. I've been having them check them the last 3 times I have been in. That's why I'm upset.
Was there waiting for well over an hour for a simple oil change. Too long.

Not only was he kind, considerate, and patient with me and other customers- his genuine nature made me want to do more business with him. I will be back when we need tires to come to him specifically. Great customer service is hard to find and to this young man it comes naturally! You never know what people are going through in their lives and how much of an impact a simple act of kindness and consideration can make to someone’s day. Thank you for making my day, not only by your kindness to me but the kindness I witnessed to the little old lady after me that was having a rough day. This guy deserves a raise!!

Amanda is always great to work with as well as the rest of the Service team. Ever since my relocation to Missouri I have brought my car to Amanda at the dealership and have always received the utmost care and respect. Plus she is a nice person in general. One couldn’t ask and/or expect anything more. Outstanding job as usual Amanda!!!
