I came in for an oil change. In the past I always got a car wash and was treated with respect. Today, I didn’t get a car wash and didn’t feel appreciated for bringing my car in. I do get free oil changes and was treated that way, even though I bring my car for repairs when I could go elsewhere.
Nissan computer system was down and my service could not be completed in a single visit. Work done was great and service team was great.

It was not a great experience this time. The person who checked me in/out seemed less than thrilled to be dealing with customers, and did not inform me of charges until the end. Also, they usually wash my car. They did not this time.
Amanda was great! Got me in and out quickly, with everything done.
Overall a job well done. More proactive and ongoing communication on status could have improved the experience.
