I asked up front what the charges would be and at time of payment there was an additional $100.00 added on. My prior vist was excellent. I am not hard to deal with. Just want clear answers.

When I have to drive back because there is something wrong with my car , does not give me confidence with my dealership service department. I was told they forgot to tighten the lug nuts to tire and all of a sudden they found a nail in my tire?

It was a pleasant experience. Service personnel were very professional and helpful. It was very busy but they were all very pleasant to interact with.
Weston was great. He kept me informed at all times, him and his coworkers looked for the part locally and found one so it could be fixed 6 days before the estimated timeframe. The second day of work actually. He was very kind and found a coupon to apply so the total wouldn’t be as impactful since my mother was paying for the repairs. I’m very grateful for the service I received.
