Fix your pricing online. I was planning on getting the 100k mile service done. I get there and am informed that the online pricing is not correct and is more than the listed price. That’s pretty weak.
The service I did receive was fine and the woman that assisted me today was very professional. No complaints there at all.

Nice buying experience. However, odd car pickup experience. I’ve never before picked up a purchased car without being shown how things worked and offered additional information such as extended warranties that might be added in days after purchase. Moreover, I thought I was clear that I will probably exchange the certified vehicle for a new one once the NHTSA investigation is resolved but was not given impression that dealership wants me to come back for a new car. (I usually buy new cars, so maybe this treatment is normal when buying a certified pre-owned car, but some opportunities for future business were not taken advantage of.)
Had a great experience at Reiselman. Friendly service staff. They took great care with my truck and preformed all services I requested. Will return when future maintenance needed are required.

Would have liked to received a phone call when my vehicle was ready for pick up.
Bobby was great! Great customer service, provides accurate information and timely.
Waited almost 2 hrs without being notified that nothing needed to be done. No communication and I was on a time schedule. I ended up asking about my car and it was just parked outside. I could’ve been there more hours if I hadn’t decided to check on it.

Issue with front skid plate bolts. Was handled promptly but still frustrating.
Even tho they were very busy, they managed to look at two sensors that were worring me. They discovered that Bobby could resolve the issue and may be taken care of completely. But Bobby sent a text, to let him know if there becomes an issue again. I appreciate the care and concern.
