The repairs are not affordable the labor charges were too high. I dislike paying a credit card fee, that’s greed. It’s part of doing business and you should eat that cost. I dislike that you wanted me to leave my car through weekend and no loaner car offered. I dislike the that because I couldn’t leave car due to having to work this weekend that it would cost me more to have repairs done. Not very customer friendly there, just greed.

The multipoint inspection form was not filled out with the exception of tire tread depths and pressures(which were inaccurate, as I had NO indicators or warnings of low tire pressures) and brake rotor thickness. The service advisor did not discuss ANY of the service with me. He just collected the money and gave me my receipt. It wasn't until later that I received the checklist via email. Also I received an alignment check results that said it failed. This also, was NOT MENTIONED by the service advisor.

I’m always confident about the oil changes I received at Reiselman.But prices are rising even though coupons are offered most of the time. I can’t afford anything at the dealership but an oil change . Also I was surprised to see the charge for a credit card fee. That’s pretty shocking coming from a million dollar business.
