I never dread having to take my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. The service staff is always courteous and welcoming. They are clear with communicating the estimated time it will take and always deliver on that. I would buy another vehicle from Reiselman just because of the people that work there!
Despite her heavy workload, Alyssa still went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. When faced with challenges, she is capable of managing herself.
Service dept. attendances were not attentive. The service took more than twice as long to complete than I was told. Overall it was a regrettable experience. I won’t be back.
