Fast service, friendly, everything is working.
I was satisfied with the routine service I received but it also raised concerns that may require further investigation. I inquired about tail gate not locking/unlocking properly. Kevin looked into it and managed to correct the issue and explained the process. There was also question brought up by the mechanic doing my oil change regarding possible oil seepage from oil pan (possibly due to over tightening or gasket damage was mentioned). Both these concerns were left in a wait and see if happens again mode. I’m ok with that but if either scenario persist I want to make sure this is to be repaired under warranty.
Unacceptable service department. Second time I have had problems there. It truly makes me regret buying a car from your dealership. They send emails about servicing the car and make appointments with you and then don't have help to do the work. They had my car 3 days and didn't even diagnose it. I had to take my car to a different dealership to get it fix. Your dealership couldn't even give me a time when they would get to it. Ami could have cared less. I am very unsatisfied with your service department. It truly is ashame.
Still no parts to fix the parking pall recall, no fault of Allysas,still frustrating,maybe the 3rd time‘s the charm

The service was good but communication was poor. I also don’t feel they did a good job as my window does not close properly and leaks. I need to take it back I’m afraid.

Was promised free oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle. After taking months to get an appointment found out it was no longer free and would be $90. Told it would take 30-45 minutes. It took an hour and a half. I have bought numerous vehicles from this dealership through many owners. Overall, pretty disappointed.

I was very disappointed with being charged $51.50 for programming my key fob, that didn't get programmed on my first visit because I wasn't told to give all my key fobs at that time, when the last key fob was with me, in my wife's purse while we sat there and waited an hour or so for the work to be done. I was also told to come back in and it would be corrected and programmed. There was no mention of a second payment, since I already paid $133.89 for the programming. Not to mention $201.92 for a new key fob. Service was otherwise good. But I'm not a happy customer at this time.

The lady who helped me is very friendly and tells me what I need and don’t need at the time of service.
