Mahogany was way over the top. She was a pleasure to work with. Very thorough but great to visit with. My time with her was outstanding. She’s definitely a keeper. Oh yeah, the service on my vehicle was outstanding.

I have 4 cars that I do maintenance with you but sometimes they have not given good service details to complete for example the Cerro Toyota Corolla 2014 I paid for tire rotation and they did not do it 2nd thing. On another occasion I asked for a part to replace the front bumper of the Toyota 2021 and they ordered the wrong one.! 3rd thing in the Toyota 2018 I asked for an oil change for 5,000 and according to the date they put they only made a change for 3,000

This is my third time working directly with Cody at Germain Toyota and each and every time he has provided excellent customer experience, explained the work to be completed, met the vehicle delivery timeframe and I could not be more satisfied with the overall experience. I can tell Cody is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Toyotas and I will continue to work with him directly for all my car needs.

Staff in service center and on sales floor completely rude. Staff on sales floor were arguing and cussing at each other. Service center staff were smoking vapes and yelling. I was given a price for tire repair before I handed my keys over. Once service was completed my final bill was incorrect and staff refused to fix the issues stating it was miscommunication on their end. Once I returned to my vehicle after Toyota care service and tire repair, my tire pressure was still low and tire light still on. I went back into the building and asked why my tire light was still on and why the meter still read 20. I was replied to by “what are you talking about” in a smart tone as if the worker was irritated. I was told that I just needed to reset the tire light on my dash. After resetting the tire pressure light, the light still remained on they took my car back to put air in it. Why repair a tire and not put air in it. This is my first time at this service location and I will not be back. Service was quick and fast but quality and customer service was awful hint maybe why they were packed like other service locations. This is a brand new vehicle I purchased before it even hit the dealer lot and is still under Toyota care I want quality service. Entire building completely unprofessional and rude. I’m glad me and only one other customer were present in the building. The arguing between staff, the poor service and customer service, the attitudes and tone of staff was completely uncalled for. I will not refer anyone to the service center or sales for that location. I suggest customer service training and quality assurance training for the staff at this location as a whole. The staff at this location makes Toyota look horrible and I’ve been with Toyota since 2009, never received services as poor as I did. First and last time at this location.
