I have always had great service on my vehicles. This is my second Prius so I wouldn't be back if I wasn't satisfied.

Although issue remains, service was completed and checked out on entire wiring system. Problem was the fault of Mobility Works minivan modifications.
She signed me in, told me what was going to be done on my vehicle, she also answered my question about my service contract, then she came in the waiting area to tell me my vehicle was ready. Thanks for the great service.
I would like the correct oil my car takes or at least asked if you can use another kind mine takes 0w-16 your guys put 0w-20 I know you can use that but I didn’t want that use the oil my car requires

I felt that the assistant service manager was rude. It took over 1.5 hours for the service. I checked with him and all he said was “we’re behind”. No we are sorry or anything else. He wouldn’t have a job if he worked for me.
My car was taken care of, Theresa was nice as usual. What I didn’t like was the time that I had to spend there 3+ hours just for oil change is long time.

I came for my break light issue. I was sent a misleading message for my repair which caused me to pay for two different diagnosis. It was very shameful for him to not answer the phone or text to clarify my situation. The phone number on the invoice just kept disconnecting. WOW WHAT A DECEPTION.
Zak was amazing. I have had several advisors in past and he is by far the best. He provided a friendly greeting and was very prompt.
