Eric was very responsive and helpful. However when I picked up my vehicle and got home I noticed the headlight was out. I would have hoped that it would have been caught in the multi point inspection.

The car cabin fan was making a loud noise after the prior service found a mouse had eaten through the filter. When identified, Garrett found that a small piece had fallen into the cabin fan and fixed it free of charge much to my surprise. Garrett has consistently proven to be an asset to the service center and is, frankly, the main reason I keep returning.

Service rep was excellent. Service was fast. However, the oil drain plug was not completely secured- slow oil drip in my garage as a result. I tightened it myself.
