Brian is always fantastic that’s why we continue to buy cars from Schaller Acura is because of the great service department. Dave was a fine leader and taught everybody underneath him how to treat the customers right? It’s so sad that he has passed but he still has Joe and Brian left from his time there and they continue to service the customers just like Dave wanted them to.

Customer service was very friendly and efficient. However my car was clean very well. The tray was not clean out and it was dirty.

I’ve been a customer since 2005. As soon as I drove in I was immediately greeted by name, verified the service I needed and explained the service and cost of the maintenance - 100,000k. I received text messages through out the day on the progress. I service my Lexus there as well.
As always, Joe was very helpful and identified the cause of the squeak/scraping noise from the front tire area of the car and the problem has been fixed.
