Overall I am always satisfied with my car.
However, when I went to pick it up the car headlights were on.
The car was ready hours before I picked it up.
But the car started and I checked it later and still started.

They explain the options and potential consequences of fixing something now versus what could wait which helps cash flow and builds trust with the customer.
