The service manager was polite, professional, and friendly. The facilities for waiting were comfortable and clean. The work was completed a little ahead of the estimated time. By most service department metrics I should have no complaints and I expect this would be a very good experience for most.
Unfortunately they were not able to diagnose and fix an intermittent problem with the driver memory seat position function - the only thing on the vehicle that is not working perfectly.
Also, the overall service seemed quite expensive for what it was. More appropriate for a complete recommended 30K service than just the maintenance minder indicated warranty required service I requested. I don’t think the “free” inspections were actually free, or particularly valuable to me [e.g. I can see that the tires have good tread depth, and that all my lights work].
You always do a good job with my car. This was a recall, and I was having no problem, but you fixed it anyway. You also washed my car so it looked great. Thank you!
