A part was left in my cup holder upon retrieval of my mdx. I was charged for labor I wasn’t fully aware of, or committed too. If the car was test driven why was the part not seen by the technician? It was the first thing I saw when I entered my vehicle.

I don’t like your automated, centralized system. Phones aren’t answered when you’re open, texts are sent before work is complete (or even before being given notification on diagnosis). I’ve been told I can’t get an appointment for weeks, but if i’ll leave the car for the day they’ll take a look if they get a chance. Then the work gets done that day-which I GREATLY appreciate, but why the first message of busy for 2 weeks? I miss the way Schaller’s been doing business for the last 17 years I’ve been there. So glad to see the same friendly, reliable staff though.
