Today,I had him in the past couple of years from time to time and every time the same professionalism given by Joe. He reached out to me twice while my vehicle was being serviced giving me updates, Joe was gone by the time I picked up my car but he’s one of my favorite service advisors!
I just hope the company see’s his value, he’s definitely a keeper.
